I started diving in 1979 with Resort courses and was finally certified in 1997. As an SSI Instructor Trainer and PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, I love sharing my SCUBA passion with beginning divers to Instructors and everyone in between. My husband Drew and I also lead exotic live aboard dive trips in every ocean in the world several times each year. Ask me about a dive area -- I may have been there!

Fish Identification Specialty. Combined with a passion for photography, I am able to catalog fish from all different areas. I teach all of the Continuing Education Classes as well as the distinctive specialties I wrote,
ZEN Diving and
Marine Animal Behavior. With almost 2 months of accumulated time underwater, I would rather be under water than anywhere else except.....
I have many favorite ocean critters, but Cuttlefish intrigue me as intelligent and communicative able to change color and texture in a flash. They are great friends of Mermaids.
